We received our cars within 7 days. When we turned up to collect them they were displayed nicely in the showroom. It felt like Sam was really excited to show us the cars too which was a really nice touch.

Considering the service cost (£540). When we'd driven away the tyre warning came on. Tyres were all fine when dropped off at dealer. Turns out that the tyre pressures had been incorrectly altered and it set off the TPMS warning. Very disappointing.

disappointed that a couple of minor jobs shown up at service were not completed at the time. This means another drive and morning spent at bmw. I would have thought fixing a windscreen wiper and two brake pads could have been done while I was waiting

This branch has something special , Steve in Service (and Harrison in sales) , they make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Steve in service genuinely cares, has the patients of a saint, this alone will keep me coming back.

Came in to get an airbag recall done, was told it would be ready by 4pm, I explained that I was going to wait for it as I was told it would be about 3 hours, she put this on the notes and my car was done and health checked in 1.5 hours! Outstanding!

Gross incompetence, from being told parts are covered by warranty then to be told not , then wasted copious amount of time ringing and no answer to see if my car was ready and struggled to get through ! Very embarrassing and shocking experience.

Because of the above. It's a bit of pattern I'm afraid. VAT charged twice on replacement tires, a minor paint repair not carried out by body shop as agreed, but by two of the service staff. Done so badly I had to take the car elsewhere.
