Very satisfied with my purchase of the BMW X3. We were kept informed of the status of delivery (as it was coming up from South Africa). Handover was excellent, Stephen Spalding explained everything, how it all worked, what to expect from the car.

There was no delivery I hear you don't offer this service ,had to pick my car up. This is not what I got with other luxury brands so it was a surprise??

All questions I had were answered and time was given to discuss all aspects. And the coffee is good. On the negative side I do think the technology that is now offered at considerable cost with these cars is far to complicated when placing the order.

Very good, Stephen was excellent. I am not 100% sure the deal was as good as made out but in view of package remaining unaltered, improvements to car, i was prepared to move forward. Reception and automated messaging is very hit and miss.

Never any issues with bmw or any of the team. Car failed MOT Friday, was told it would be done Monday and I had to chase for the updates. That said, Libby then arranged a temp car for me. When I collected my car Thurs- covered in bird poo

I was disappointed with the lack of communication. I wasn't told to bring my licence for the hire car, so couldn't use it and had to rearrange my day. The car also wasn't ready as promised. As a first-time customer, I felt unsupported.
