Very satisfied with my purchase of the BMW X3. We were kept informed of the status of delivery (as it was coming up from South Africa). Handover was excellent, Stephen Spalding explained everything, how it all worked, what to expect from the car.

There was no delivery I hear you don't offer this service ,had to pick my car up. This is not what I got with other luxury brands so it was a surprise??

All questions I had were answered and time was given to discuss all aspects. And the coffee is good. On the negative side I do think the technology that is now offered at considerable cost with these cars is far to complicated when placing the order.

Very good, Stephen was excellent. I am not 100% sure the deal was as good as made out but in view of package remaining unaltered, improvements to car, i was prepared to move forward. Reception and automated messaging is very hit and miss.

Poor service, very disappointed Kept waiting for a long time, no respect for customers despite paying excessively for services and repairs The receptionist des not have any clue about the car services and how to deal with the customers.

Bad communication from the dealers. No call from them to say the car was ready to collect. Decided to try and collect the car just before they closed for the day. Tried calling them to get an update but no answer.

Everything went according to plan. The new car was well prepared and excellently presented. Luke Wilkinson took time to fully explain the functions of the car.
