Very good, Stephen was excellent. I am not 100% sure the deal was as good as made out but in view of package remaining unaltered, improvements to car, i was prepared to move forward. Reception and automated messaging is very hit and miss.

Car not washed when collected although I requested this and confirmed a wash was carried out. Secondly a few months ago my service history for full brakes and discs all round was not added to drive. It still was not done when the car was returned.

I received a health check video and then an invoice for work to be done to my car, when I questioned some of the work which was described at safety critical I was told it was okay didn't need doing today but they wanted to inform me!! I have more!!
