From the initial contact right to the delivery the dealership and in particular the sales consultant were extremely helpful and professional, communication was excellent and this process and conduct continues in assistance with any questions I have.

I rang the service department 6 times without them answering the call. I left messages with the sales department who told me I would get a call from the service department which I didn't.

No issues with work done. Late in the day received text update that job now assigned and update would be sent shortly. No update sent. Could get through on phone on any line! Did not get my car back until next day. Difficulty getting call answered
