friendly and welcomed environment, professional staff. I had a chance to look into different models until I found what I want. Steph took his time to explain the various options and specs of the model I chose.

All the staff were good and very friendly. I was left a car that I didn't even know how to start. One of the guys I was dealing with returned from holiday and phoned me and said he would send me a short BMW video on haw everything worked.

No one answers the phone. The Manager Robbie is very rude. The phone would ring for over 10 minutes a time every time & still no answer so would have to ring sales just to get someone to answer. How the business is still beats me.

Brake fluid itself, no issues. Incredibly poor service and attitude from one member of staff. Being investigated by service manager already. Rude remarks, sarcastic comments, lack of interest and wrong appointment booked despite appointment text

Although the work done was efficiently dealt with . We were promised a complimentary valet & wash . It probably would have been better not to offer it as it was dreadful and infact i dont think it was done !
