Ben was amazing, but all the the ladies at the front desk do not great me when i walked in. The was an older lady who I spoke with on my second visit who was polite and helpful when I came to see Ben.

Purchase was easy as usual (3rd time we have bought a car with the help of Stephen Spalding) All options explained and delivery was amazingly quick. Great expo and explain on collection

Poor response times to emails. Wrong registration used throughout and only came to light when V5 issued by DVLA. Surely, you should have systems to avoid this! I was driving a car illegally and uninsured. I had to add air to one tyre when I got home.

On the invoice says a free health check but then there is a £46 charge so not sure why there is a charge when it says it is free

My first visit here, lack of acknowledgement. Had to ask the receptionist where I could find service dept and it was almost an inconvenience. Waited at service looking at 3 advisors glaring at screens and not even a hello, I'll be with you shortly.

Told I needed a new tyre at significant expense as it had a screw in it , fortunately I removed it myself and it had not penetrated the tyre £258 saved
